The services provided by WeSpyTech are intended for monitoring and alert purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and timely monitoring, we do not guarantee the prevention of theft, loss, damage, or any criminal activity.

WeSpyTech is not responsible for any losses, damages, or incidents that occur on your premises. Clients are solely responsible for maintaining proper security systems, equipment functionality, and responding appropriately to alerts.

Our monitoring services are not a substitute for law enforcement or emergency services.

1. Services

• WeSpyTech provides remote video monitoring services based on client-selected hours and         camera configurations. Services include real-time monitoring and alert notifications.

2. No Guarantee of Prevention

• We do not guarantee the prevention of theft, vandalism, or other incidents. Monitoring services   are provided as an additional layer of security only.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining functioning camera systems

  • Providing access to camera feeds

  • Ensuring stable internet connection

  • Responding to alerts

4. Payment & Pricing

• Pricing is based on monitoring hours, number of cameras, and service configuration. All pricing is subject to change. Services may require upfront or recurring payments depending on the plan selected.

5. Service Availability

• We aim to provide continuous monitoring; however, interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or outages.

6. Limitation of Liability

• WeSpyTech shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.​

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for violation of these terms or non-payment.

8. Changes to Terms

• WeSpyTech may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.​
